I’m a southern gal turned global citizen with a knack for causing just the right amount of trouble.

Currently in New York City, I live an exciting life filled with adventure, challenges, and the best bagels money can buy (pumpernickel everything toasted with tofu scallion cream cheese, to be exact).  I’m most definitely a city girl at heart— as a professional creative, I thrive on the enigmatic energy that NYC is famous for.  Even though I have hung up my muddy expat boots (for now), I am eager to sink my roots yet again into the cracks of the city’s concrete beneath me.

I’m a full-time creative director and floral designer with projects all over the world.  If you find yourself thumbing through a well-known design publication from time to time, there’s a high chance you’ve already caught a glimpse of my work.  Also a devout botanist, I often get carried away with updating anyone who’ll listen on the progress of my rooftop garden. Botanical artistry and flower farming are my greatest passions, and I feel incredibly grateful to get my hands dirty with my life’s purpose every single day.

Don’t be fooled by my soft, cherubic features-- I am resilient, outspoken, and (mostly) fearless.  My golden-green eyes change hues with the wind.  You’ll forever find a new facet of them based on what silk dress I’m wearing, or when the candlelight flickers against my cheeks.  Honest and expressive, my face can’t play a good game of poker.  Another noteworthy feature is my Cheshire cat smile, which often competes for real estate with my full-hearted storytelling.  I carry myself with a natural grace developed from years of professional performing, but I’m known for breaking my poise when a silly mood strikes.  I am told that my grounded personality is just as disarming as it is inviting, and I have a gift for being irreverent in all the right moments.

Educated, well-traveled, and a bonafide bonne vivante, I can say with confidence that we will never run out of things to talk (or laugh) about. I take pride in being a down-to-earth gal who values genuineness, hospitality, and sharing moments of presence with others.  I never meet a stranger, and I have a good feeling that you won’t be one for long.  Ready to get growing?
